Conference Hotel

The 2017 Conference will take place at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown, located at 100 East Onondaga Street, Syracuse, NY 13202.

While we understand that alternate accommodations may be available within the Syracuse area, staying at the conference hotel(s) provides attendees with greater networking opportunities. Additionally, supporting the conference in this way allows for bundling of conference center options, resulting in lower registration costs for all attendees.

Parking

Parking for the Marriott Syracuse Downtown will be in the

FROM TH E NORTH:

Take I-81 S via EXIT 9S toward Syracuse. Take the Salina St/Clinton St exit, EXIT 19.
Keep left to take the Salina St ramp. Merge onto N Salina St.
Turn left onto E Adams St. Turn left onto Harrison Place
Turn left into the Harrison Place Parking Garage

FROM TH E SO UTH:

Use I-81 N to ward Syracuse.
Take the Adams St exit, EXIT 18, toward Harrison St. Stay straight to go onto Almond St.
Turn left onto Harrison St. Turn left onto Harrison Place
Turn right into the Harrison Place Parking Garage

FROM THE EAST:

Take I-90 W/New York Trwy W to ward Buffalo
Take EXIT 34A to merge onto I-481 S to ward Syracuse/Fairgrounds/Binghamton . Merge onto I-690 W via EXIT 4 toward Syracuse/Fairgrounds.
Take the Townsend St exit, EXIT 13, to ward Downtown. Turn left onto N Townsend St.
Take the 1st right onto Erie Blvd E/NY -5. Turn left onto S State St/US -11 S.
Turn right onto Harrison St.
Turn left onto Harrison Place
Take a right into the Harrison Place Parking Garage

FROM THE WEST:

Take I-90 E/New York Trwy E to ward Albany
Take EXIT 39 to merge onto I-690 E to ward Syracuse/Fairgrounds . Take the W Genesee St exit, EXIT 12, toward Downtown.
Turn left onto NY-5/W Genesee St. Take the 3rd right onto N Salina St. Turn left onto E Adams St.
Turn left onto Harrison Place
Turn left into the Harrison Place Parking Garage

FROM SYRACUSE HANCOCK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Head South on Col Eileen Collins Blvd, use the right lane to take Interstate 81 South ramp to Interstate 90
Thruway/Syracuse.
Use the left lane to continue toward I -81 South. Keep left, follo w signs for Interstate 81 S/Interstate
90/Syracuse and merge onto I -81 South.
Continue on for 6.0 miles. Take Exit 18 to ward Harrison Street/Adams Street. Merge onto Harrison Street.
Turn Right onto South Salina Street
Turn immediate right onto East Onondaga Street

Travel

Syracuse is accessible via the New York Thruway (Interstate 90) and Interstate 81. Driving directions to the conference venue can be found here:

AIRPORT

The Syracuse Hancock International Airport is 12 minutes from the conference hotel & venue. The hotel provides airport shuttle service on request and complimentary. Taxis are also available for approximately $30 each way.

TRAINS

Amtrak provides service to Syracuse on the Lake Shore Limited, Empire Service, and Maple Leafe lines. The Amtrak station is located approximately 18 minutes from the conference venue and would require ground transportation to the hotel. The Syracuse station is located at 1 Walsh Circle, Syracuse, NY.

BUSES

Greyhound, Megabus, and Trailways travel to Syracuse, NY and stop at the Walsh Regional Transportation Center at 1 Walsh Circle, Syracuse, NY 13208. The Transportation Center is located approximately 18 minutes from the conference venue and would require ground transportation to the hotel. Within the region, there is public bus network, the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (Centro), which connects the cities within the region as well as taxis available (Note that Uber and Lyft are not available). There are multiple Centro stops near the Conference center including the S Franklin St & W Washing St stop.
