Regina Darmoni
Regina served as Sr. Director, Leadership Development & Technical Training at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where she created and delivered technical, managerial & leadership training to the 3000 employees and leaders of the Malta, NY facility. Regina’s programs and delivery methodology lead to improved site operational performance, manager effectiveness, and employee retention.
Prior to her work at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Regina was Director, RF/Analog Foundry Business Unit at IBM Microelectronics. In that role, Regina managed strategy, product portfolio, business development, pro forma profit & loss, project management and delivery for one of two business units that comprised IBM’s $2B Microelectronics Division. While in that role, she consistently delivered business unit operational metrics (revenue, gross profit, expense management, market share growth, new business development, employee retention, and client satisfaction) at or above plan.
Regina held a number of other executive and managerial roles in her tenure at IBM including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Management, Product Development and Intellectual Property Licensing.
Regina co-founded and serves as Managing Director of Timely Transformations, LLC, a professional development practice providing leadership development workshops, facilitation, technical training & executive coaching for individuals and teams. Clients include individuals, small and large businesses, state government and government agencies, boards of directors, and regional leadership programs.
Regina currently serves on the board of directors of ‘The Commons Group’, a Theatre Arts non-profit organization.
She lives in an 1820’s farmhouse on a mountain road in Waitsfield, Vermont with her husband, Peter. She has two sons, one stepdaughter, and an intimidating, 10lb poodle named ‘Q’.
